*Deposits, fees, retainers and orders are to be paid with cash, check, or money order
by mail or at the studio. PayPal/Credit cards via the internet when available.
*Payment required for Session Registration, non-refundable.
*$200 deposit must be paid for proofs to leave the studio. This applies toward
print order.
*At least half of the total must be paid when placing an order.
*Balance must be paid in full before any prints leave the studio. No exceptions!
*Interest-free payment plans are available.
*$30 charge for checks returned by your bank.
Creative Rights Release:
*We retain full copyright to our work. You may earn copyright use by purchasing
$1000 or more on your original print order.
*We reserve the right to use any photos from your session for any purpose without notice
or compensation to you, the subject.
*It is illegal to make any type of copy, including digital, of our work for any reason
without our written permission.
Satisfaction Guarantee:
*We promise to work with you if you are unhappy with the results from your session
due to errors we committed. This does not include a change in hairstyle, clothing issues, or other concerns under your
control.
*We promise to replace your prints if they fade, etc., after normal use/display.
